At our core, we believe in fostering leadership that reflects dedication, experience, and vision. We’re excited to share that fourth-generation owners Dottie Chalmers Cutter and Jim Chalmers have earned new titles that better reflect their roles and contributions.

Dottie has been named Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Jim is now Chief Sales Officer (CSO). While these titles are new, their leadership and commitment to excellence have been driving forces behind our success for many years.

As President Steve Cote shared:

“These title changes mark an important evolution in our leadership structure. Elevating Jim to Chief Sales Officer and Dottie to Chief Operating Officer underscores our commitment to recognizing and empowering those who drive our success.”

Dottie’s operational and strategic leadership has shaped how we work together as a team. Her people-first approach has built a supportive and collaborative environment, empowering employees to grow and thrive. As COO, she’ll continue guiding company operations with the same passion and care she’s always shown.

With a deep understanding of the insurance industry and a knack for building lasting relationships, Jim has long been at the forefront of our company’s sales efforts. His new role reflects a continued focus on strengthening client partnerships, expanding our market presence, and ensuring the highest level of service for our customers.

These leadership title updates reflect our shared commitment to building a future that stays true to the values we’ve held for over 167 years: integrity, community, and service. We’re excited to see how Dottie and Jim will continue shaping our agency’s next chapter.
