Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage incoming calls.
  • Oversee mail and office supplies.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized office space.
  • Coordinate tasks efficiently and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • A desire to serve and care for others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
